We want you to absolutely love your Bella Mae pieces — but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help make it right.

WHAT CAN BE RETURNED
You’re welcome to return full-priced items within 14 days of delivery if they are:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- With all tags still attached
- In original packaging
Returns outside of this window won’t be accepted. We recommend trying on items as soon as they arrive.
DOMESTIC RETURNS (AUSTRALIA)
To request a return, simply email us at orders@bellamae.com.au with your order number and reason for return. We’ll get back to you with the next steps.
Once approved, you’ll have two options:
Store Credit: You’ll receive a digital credit code to use on your next order.
Exchange: If you’d like to exchange for a different size or style, return the original item and we’ll send the replacement once we’ve received it.
Please note: At this stage, all refunds will be issued as store credit only.
Return postage is at the customer’s expense. We recommend using a tracked Australia Post service.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
We accept international returns within 20 days of delivery.

If approved, we’ll send you our return address
International customers are responsible for the cost of tracked return shipping
As a small business, we’re currently unable to offer exchanges on international orders. To get another size or style, simply place a new order.
Store credit will be issued once your return arrives and is approved.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Worn or washed garments
- Items returned without original tags or packaging
