• Orders placed before 12pm AEDT will be dispatched on the same day for delivery Monday through Friday.
• Orders placed after 12pm AEDT will be dispatched on the next business day.
• Orders placed on weekends or Australian public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.
• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours from dispatch for the tracking to become active.
• Please allow an additional 1-2 business days for dispatch during major sale events and public holidays.

• Items available for pre-order will be indicated on the product page with the anticipated shipping date.
