• Express orders placed before 12pm AEDT are prioritised for same-day dispatch.
• Standard shipping orders are generally dispatched within 1–2 business days, although we always aim to have them on their way sooner.
• Orders placed on weekends or Australian public holidays will be processed from the next business day.
• Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
• During major launches, sale periods and public holidays, please allow an additional 1–2 business days for dispatch.

• Items available for pre-order will be indicated on the product page with the anticipated shipping date.
